Sound Bath Experience sessions are offered on an hourly basis for individual, group or large events. Crystal singing bowls are attuned to the chakras and endocrine system for sound frequency healing felt on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

Kundalini Yoga experience for individuals or groups. The session focus for individuals is based on personal growth goals and birth chart information.
